DiamondSMRTTerms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and TapTap LLC for using DiamondSMRT (the app and the web app). By using DiamondSMRT you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You must be an adult (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to create an account, and at least 13. Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content and youth players
You keep ownership of what you add (rosters, schedules, messages, video). You give us permission to store and display it to the people your team or league shares it with, so the app can work. Only add a child's information, photos or video if you're their parent or guardian or have that person's permission.
Acceptable use
Don't post content that is harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, unlawful, or that invades someone's privacy, and don't misuse the service (for example by trying to access teams you don't belong to). Anyone can report a message or post by long-pressing it; coaches and league admins can remove it, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Report a problem to admin@taptap-llc.com.
Streaming
Streams go to your team's own YouTube channel and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You're responsible for having permission to stream the game and the people in it, and for following your league's rules about video.
DiamondSMRT Premium
Some features need a Premium subscription (Single, or Family for up to 6 people). Subscriptions are bought and managed through Google Play, renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel, and can be canceled anytime in Google Play; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Any free trial becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel first. Refunds follow Google Play's policies. The plan owner decides who is on a Family plan. Coaches, scorekeepers and league volunteers in the free spots get Premium features for their work at no charge. We may change prices with notice as Google Play requires.
Availability and changes
We work to keep DiamondSMRT running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features; we'll tell you about changes that matter. We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date; continuing to use DiamondSMRT means you accept the update. You can stop using DiamondSMRT and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
DiamondSMRT is provided "as is." Stats, pitch counts, rest-day reminders and schedules are tools to help, not guarantees; coaches and leagues remain responsible for player safety and their league's rules. To the extent the law allows, TapTap LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
