Delete Your DiamondSMRT Account
You can delete your DiamondSMRT account and its data at any time, in either of these ways:
In the app
Open DiamondSMRT and go to Settings › Delete Account, then confirm.
On the web
Sign in to the DiamondSMRT web app and choose Delete My Account.
Delete My Account on the WebCan't sign in? Email admin@taptap-llc.com from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.
What's deleted
- Your name, email address and password.
- Your place on every team, club and league.
- Your team chat messages.
- Your phones' notification registrations, your calendar link and your Family plan.
This happens right away and can't be undone. Copies in protected backups are overwritten through normal backup rotation.
What stays
Games, stats and news you helped a team or league create stay with that team or league, shown as "Deleted user", so their season records stay complete.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in Google Play.
